Well, he likes her. Lots of guys have this problem. Some don't. When his heart starts beating fast because he's excited to be talking to a girl his blood will boil and his face will turn red. It take a reaaaally pretty girl to make a guy's heart race that fast!
Take it from I blush when even looking at a cute girl! Girls and guys blush the same, none more than others.
My answer: So if a guy blushes it means he likes you, ALOT.
