Try splashing your face with really cold water, walking quickly/briskly or using a cheek tint.
The cold water stimulates the blood to warm your face, hence bringing colour to your cheeks.
As does walking briskly, especially in a cool breeze.
Cheek tint is a washable stain that wont come off naturally throughout the course of the day, it'll give you a natural blush all day long.

use a water proof blush and i wil not come off like almay or cover girl or maybillen or lorial or anything other barand look at walmart or a make up store an if you want somthing good try mac
I know exactly how you feel, I have the same problem, i can't blush even when i get super nevious, but i found this one blush that works really well cover girl mouse blush, you should try it. hope it works out for you too. :)
