You blush because your body goes into a panic. You see a hot guy, or in my case a HOT young woman, and you lock up. You are so unsure of how to approach the situation that you just freeze. This sends your body into panic mode, which raises your pulse, thus creating more heat in the body, thus making your face turn red.
